The World Games 2017

TWG Qualifying Event The first of many qualifying events that serve to determine which couples will get to dance in Wroclaw, POL, during the tenth edition of The World Games are the GrandSlams danced on 5 and 6 March in Helsinki, FIN.

The 24 couples each in Latin and Standard that get to represent their countries in Wroclaw are selected on the basis of World Ranking points accrued over the coming months. By far the highest number of points are in play at the GrandSlam legs held throughout the year.

An important milestone regarding the The World Games 2017 will be reached on 14 May 2016, when the WDSF European DanceSport Championship Standard is held in Wroclaw as an official Pre-Event.
