Santa Marta 2017

2017 Santa Marta, COL WDSF was recently informed by Dr Jorge Gutierrez, the President of the Ecuadorian DanceSport Federation, that DanceSport has been selected to feature in the next edition of the Bolivarian Games (Spanish: Juegos Bolivarianos).

This multi-sport event is held at intervals of four years and open to athletes from 11 (in its last edition) South American countries. The next edition will be held in Santa Clara, COL, in 2017. Already this year, DanceSport will make an appearance as demonstration sport at the Bolivarian Beach Games in Peru.
